Host A National Convention!

All bids for the National Federation of Democratic Women must be submitted by a Federated State Organization at least two years in advance of the date of the convention.  If your State Federation would like to host the National Federation of Democratic Women (NFDW) convention please submit a bid in writing to the NFDW Executive Board.  The bid letter should include the following information:

Location City
Year and prospective dates of Convention
Hotel accommodations and transportation
General airport/ground transportation
City attractions and prospective tour information
Convention Theme (may be provided after the bid is awarded)
Letters of support from elected officials (optional)
Name of Organization
Contact Person and Title
Phone number
E-mail address
Mailing address

All bids should be mailed to the President of the NFDW.
